Transportation Options in Manhattan

Bus

aTa Bus serves residents of Manhattan, as well as Green Valley, St. George, Fort Riley and Junction City. The Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency has been providing safe, reliable, and affordable public transportation since 1976. 

Fixed routes exist to connect the K-State campus to major shopping and entertainment areas within Manhattan, with a transfer station located just outside the K-State Student Union. A $4 three-day bus pass is available for purchase from the aTa Bus website.

Manhattan Regional Airport

The Manhattan Regional Airport is located just a few miles from the city and campus.  Manhattan is served by American Airlines which operates multiple non-stop flights to both Chicago and Dallas.
