Purchasing and Contract Services partnered with Cobblestone Software to implement a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to make purchase requests, manage associated contractual documents, monitor the status of contracts, and effectively manage contract activities after execution. Contracting resources are now stored in a single location, easing the purchasing process for buyers and the university alike. CLM software provides greater transparency in the contracting process and offers an unlimited, secure contract repository for the university.
