For your personal needs, Central Mail Services operates a State Contracted Federal Post Office which can be used by all faculty, staff, students and the community.

KSU Residence Halls
All accountable mail (Registered, Certified, Signature Confirmation & Postage Due) is to be signed or paid for at the KSU Contract Post Office. All accountable mail may be picked up during posted business hours. Accountable mail to Jardine Apartments is to be signed or paid for at Central Mail Services.
Outdoor Mail Drop Boxes
Federal & Campus Mail boxes are located on the west side of the KSU Contract Post Office.
The blue US mail box is only for mail that already has postage on it. Campus mail carriers do not pick up mail in this box. Mail weighing 13 oz or more is prohibited to be placed in this box. Due to the heightened security, all mail that bears postage stamps and weighs more than 13 oz must be taken by the customer to a retail service counter at a Post Office. Failure to do so will result in the return of your mail piece.

Monday - Friday 4:00 pm
Saturday 3:15 pm
The Campus Mail Box is for mail that is to be delivered to KSU Departments on Campus. Postage is not necessary for campus mail. Personal mail is prohibited.
