The Space Management department utilizes existing university space as effectively as possible in order to support the mission and vision of the University. The department creates and updates building plans and reports based on project information submitted to the department of Planning and Project Management.

Additional space needs should be addressed first within a department or college's current allocation before submitting a request for space. All requests for space must follow the space allocation process per PPM 7850.
Kansas State University complies with the State of Kansas's building code. If you would like to have your room capacity evaluated please fill out the form and return it to the Space Management Department.
Building floor plans and space data are maintained for buildings currently owned by the university. For electronic or paper drawing requests please submit the Drawing Request form to the Department of Space Management.
