MOG is a free community film and discussion series devoted to promoting public engagement with current issues in a relaxed, outdoor setting. MOG bills its selection as "movies with a conscience," specializing in topically social issues. In its eight year history, on-campus documentary showings have increased, often with post-film discussion venues. Community film attendance in the public library has also increased, and venues for films have increased to include churches, K12 schools, and senior centers. Recent examples of featured films include "A Powerful Noise" and "Papers".
