Cheryl Grice
Grice administers, supports and assists in outreach efforts designed to raise awareness and establish, cultivate and maintain partnerships. Her work focuses on leveraging resources and strengthening community capacities to engage stakeholders while identifying opportunities and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies.
With over two decades of experience in workforce development, higher education administration, human resource management and strategic partnership building, Grice brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to her work.
Grice has successfully established cross-sector partnerships that advance K-State’s land-grant mission. Her leadership has supported key initiatives, including the development of dual-career support services for recruiting and retaining the workforce and military spouses, a mentoring program pairing graduate students with established business leaders, and the Kansas Department of Transportation Drive to Zero initiative, CATS3D – 'Cats Don’t Drink and Drive, focused on student success and well-being. She also develops and leads university engagement in programs such as United Way.

Cheryl Grice serves as director of community engagement in Kansas State University's Office of External Engagement, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen university-community engagement partnerships.
