Program/Plan Timelines

Program/Plan Timelines:

Colleges and departments are strongly encouraged to submit curricular materials as early in the year as possible, to ensure timely consideration by all entities.

  • Proposals must be electronically approved in Curriculog by the department and college curriculum committees, all affected deparments, and the college Dean’s office prior to Academic Affairs consideration – please allow adequate time for proposals to be reviewed by affected departments and the college prior to the timelines below.
  • Address questions to your College Dean’s Office or Curriculum Committee representatives.
  • Incomplete submissions will be returned for completion and resubmission. They will not have met the submission deadline.

Effective Fall Semester

All approvals must be completed/finalized no later than June 1st in order to be reflected in the catalog for the Fall term. 

Approvals received after the June 1st deadline will move to the next available option.
