Course Form Deadlines

Please note the following high-level deadlines. For a sample breakdown via the curriculum workflow process refer to the Course Timeline page.

Typically, if the deadline is not met and approval is granted the course will become effective with a subsequent term.

Projected First Term Offered:	*Must be submitted to Graduate Council Academic Affairs by the 10th of the month:**	*Must be approved by Graduate Council:**	Must be submitted to Faculty Senate Academic Affairs 10 calendar days prior to:	Must be approved by Faculty Senate by: **
Fall	January	February	2nd February Meeting	March
Spring	August	September	2nd September Meeting	October

*Courses 600 and above.

** Expedited proposals must complete last step by this date.
