Weekly Status Report: September 4

Below is a brief update on the CRM undergraduate and graduate recruitment implementation project. This update highlights key goals and is not a representation of the entire project.

Last week’s accomplishments (week of August 26)

• Created early access user accounts
• Established "Day of Event" processes
• Designed CRM page layouts
• Prioritized implementation tasks
• Launched Transfer Visit Day event and registration form
• Finalized CRM training plan
• Notified CRM Community about training signup in HRIS

This week’s goals (week of September 2)

• Test and finalize "Day of Event" processes
• Perform the first upgrade of the system in the test environment
• Plan the next set of implementation priorities
• Create implementation FAQ
• Content Expert groups begin meeting
• Finalize Town Hall preparations

Next week’s goals (week of September 9)

• Begin CRM Introduction training
• Create production access form
• Hold fourth Town Hall on Sept. 12
