Weekly Status Report: September 24
On Aug. 16, prospective students were sent an email invitation from Salesforce for the Discover K-State Days event. Prospective students were able to register for the event via Salesforce. The first Discover K-State Days event was held on Sept. 20. Staff members working the event were able to quickly pull up student information by scanning a student-specific QR code with their mobile device. Payments and last-minute registrations were easily handled within the new CRM, and the data was used to deliver a personalized experience for prospective students.
