Safer at Home order

Statewide order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 was issued March 30 and allowed to expire at midnight May 3, 2020.

Criteria

  1. Statewide “Safer at Home” orders are in effect. People only leave their homes for essential needs.

  2. Strict social distancing measures are in effect.

  3. Mass gatherings are prohibited.

  4. High risk individuals restrict activities as much as possible.

  5. Individuals are encouraged to wear face masks when social distancing is not possible.​

  6. Employees are encouraged to work remotely as much as possible.

  7. Travel restrictions are in effect.

  8. All academic courses are held remotely.

  9. Limit return to work on-site after being in close contact exposure to person who tested positive.

  10. Increase diagnostic testing capabilities.

  11. Hospitals have enough personnel, beds, ventilators and PPE.

  12. Increase supply of PPE.

  13. Scale contact tracing capabilities.

  14. Require isolation when patients test positive.

  15. Offer voluntarily local isolation and quarantine facilities.
