Future student visits and events

The university is offering in-person events and virtual visits. Updates will be distributed via email and on the university’s website.

Visitor guidance

When visiting our campuses, all visitors, including vendors and contractors, must follow all university health and wellness guidance and COVID-19 exposure isolation and quarantining guidelines.

Visitors who are attending events hosted by K-State Athletics, the KSU Foundation or the K-State Alumni Association should reference health and wellness guidance provided by those entities.

Visitors may be subject to quarantine.

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, or KDHE, mandates a 10 day self-quarantine for anyone without symptoms who has traveled to Kansas from a high-risk area. The list of high-risk areas is dynamic based on current conditions, and does include international, specific states in the U.S. and cruise travel.

Visitors must not attend in-person university programs or activities and follow the travel-related exposure self-quarantine guidance for care provided by KDHE. Students, faculty, staff and visitors must meet specific conditions before returning to in-person university programs or activities following isolation and quarantine.

Virtual meeting and tours may be possible.
