Guidance for university events

Policy

Effective June 14, gathering size limits are lifted for all events and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Indoor gatherings may be held at the full capacity of the indoor space, including work, classroom and research space.

In-person meetings or events must follow university health and safety protocols.

Note: Facilities managed event spaces and Venue Managed facilities (i.e. McCain, Student) are defined in PPM 7840.
