Making Lasting Changes: How Mindsets Impact Progress

Any time individuals are attempting to make changes to their behaviors, it can be filled with ups and downs, temptations and triggers, but the change is in motion. In part two, we will review strategies introduced in part one and we will discuss that there are two "mindsets" that people adopt. These mindsets affect the goals people pursue; the responses they have to challenges; and their performance in school, work, and life.
