Theoretical Orientation/Professional Interests: I’m a licensed clinical social worker who is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through a strengths-based, compassionate approach to therapy. I draw from the principles of positive psychology and tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients through an integrative lens. My experience includes Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. I also have specialized experience in working with individuals navigating eating disorders.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing begins with connection. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to show up with vulnerability and courage. I am committed to fostering an environment rooted in authenticity, respect, and social justice for all.
Personal Interests: Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy reading, playing the violin, going on walks, traveling, and spending time with my dog.
