Theoretical Orientation/Professional Interests: My approach is rooted in an integrative framework that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and is grounded in a humanistic and multicultural lens. In addition to my clinical training, I am certified in Integrative CBT with a focus on treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

I have a special interest in working with international students, couples navigating relationship stressors, and athletes dealing with performance pressure, identity concerns, or life transitions. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Sindhi, I aim to make therapy more accessible and culturally responsive for individuals from various backgrounds.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in the presence of trust, safety, and connection. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where clients are not only heard but also empowered. I strive to create a space where individuals can slow down, explore their inner world, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

Personal Interests: Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies with my partner, learning about history, and being active outside!
