Occupational Health and Safety Program
Everyone (employees/students) engaged in animal care and use programs at K-State must enroll in the Occupational Health and Safety Program.
To initiate the enrollment process, first, complete OHSP Form 1 (Occupational Risk Assessment) and email to comply@ksu.edu. Second, complete OHSP Form 2 (Health Risk Assessment) and email to Via Christi Occupational Health at francis.koopman@ascension.org.
