Questions About Equal Opportunity
You can meet with one of our OCR & TIX investigators for the purpose of providing you with general information on K-State's Nondiscrimination Policy and process, as well as applicable resources. If you are not sure whether your questions or concerns pertain to an issue under OCR & TIX's PPM 3010 Policy, you can request for a meeting with both an OCR & TIX staff member and someone from Employee Relations and Engagement who can also provide you with information about their office and applicable resources. If it is determined your concerns pertain to an issue(s) covered under PPM 3010, then only OCR & TIX is mandated to evaluate your concerns under the Policy.
