Request for Proposals

Kansas State University extends this invitation for contractor prequalification to qualified firms to be a Technical Assistance to Brownfield Communities (TAB) and/or Tribal TAB Partner. The university issues formal and informal competitive quote and bid opportunities from time to time that are classified as “invitation only”, and participation in those opportunities are restricted to contractors that have attained prequalified status. Invitation-only opportunities are designed and conducted to ensure that KSU’s brownfields technical assistance projects are completed by qualified contractors in accordance with University specifications and quality standards, in a timely manner, and within budget.

Please refer to the Kansas State University Bid Portal periodically for invitations to submit bid opportunities to be selected as a TAB or Tribal TAB Partner. Questions about this process should be submitted through the bid portal during IPQ application periods. During non-application periods (no application available on bid portal), please submit your questions to Oral Saulters, osaulter@ksu.edu.

The university reserves the right to offer subsequent opportunities for contractor prequalification at its discretion.
