Undergraduate research opportunities for FWCB majors
Many FWCB majors volunteer or obtain paid positions in research labs in the Division of Biology, including opportunities through the Kansas Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit, Konza Prairie Biological Station and Konza Prairie Long-term Ecological Research programs. These position provide valuable experience in field and laboratory methods and many students develop independent research projects that are presented at local or national conferences. Students are encouraged to contact faculty mentors whose research match their interests about research opportunities.
