Performance Management Policy Alignment
The university needs to advance performance management by adapting existing university policy to align with the newly established performance management form and processes. This process will include a review of PPM, the university handbook, and the USS handbook.
A workgroup has been named and will be expected to review and propose changes to align processes and policies of USS and Unclassified staff, such as performance evaluations, the probationary period, performance appeal processes, and disciplinary procedures.
