As K-State continues to implement the full scope of the Performance Management Initiative, a critical component of this is the onboarding of an electronic learning system for performance management. This system is slated to streamline the performance review process, facilitate employee development and track progress on annual goals, supporting the new process we've built and moving us forward even more efficiently.
