Onboarding the Electronic Performance Management and Learning System

As K-State continues to implement the full scope of the Performance Management Initiative, the next phase will introduce two distinct modules designed to strengthen our long-term talent management strategy:

  • The performance management module, which will be implemented first, will modernize, automate and advance our new unified staff performance management process established across the university in calendar year 2025.
  • A subsequent implementation will focus on a learning management module that further expands institutional capacity for training, skill-building and professional growth.
