Onboarding the Electronic Performance Management and Learning System

As K-State continues to implement the full scope of the Performance Management Initiative, the next phase will introduce two distinct modules designed to strengthen our long-term talent management strategy:

  • The performance management module, which will be implemented first, will modernize, automate and advance our new unified staff performance management process established across the university in calendar year 2025. This module launches Spring 2026 with mid-year reviews.
  • A subsequent implementation will focus on a learning management module that further expands institutional capacity for training, skill-building and professional growth.
