Associate Director, Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Time (COI/COT)

The Associate Director, Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Time (COI/COT) will lead and develop the newly expanded COI/COT Program to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. This position works under the purview of the Division of Risk and Safety with additional reporting responsibilities to the University Research Compliance Office and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.

Assistant Vice President for HR Operations

This position provides strategic leadership for K-State Human Resources operations and works closely with the CHRO and assistant vice president of HR strategy to develop and carry out the vision and direction for HR at K-State. The Assistant Vice President of HR Operations leads operational teams supporting the areas of benefits, HRIS ERP systems, time and leave, shared services and the operations resource center, working to ensure concierge level service to constituents.

This position serves as the assistant vice president for human resources strategy at Kansas State University. In this role, the incumbent works alongside the CHRO to develop and carry out a strategic vision for HR at K-State, leading functional teams in the areas of talent, learning and development, compensation and organizational effectiveness and employee relations and engagement.
