New advisors receive a training schedule from their supervisor and are introduced to colleagues through meetings and social events. Information about the college, departments, and programs they’ll support is shared virtually, through supervisor meetings, and one-on-one shadowing. The Onboarding Document provides tech access tips and advising resources to support the training schedule.
