Sydney Fetkenhauer

At the end of 2022, I completed my undergraduate degree in Political Science, International Studies & Spanish at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. During my time at SNC, I worked as a Student Assistant in the Study Abroad Office and spent a semester studying abroad in Toledo, Spain. I lived with a host family and took all my classes in Spanish, which allowed me to be immersed in the culture and drastically improve my language skills, along with traveling to Morocco & Switzerland. Another international opportunity I’m grateful to have experienced at St. Norbert is attending a conference in Athens, Greece, where a research project I assisted on was presented by one of my professors. These international opportunities and working in study abroad fostered a passion for international education and ultimately changed my career path. I joined K-State Education Abroad in January 2023 and am looking forward to helping K-State students find a program that matches their educational and personal goals!
