Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, I am familiar with the feeling of wanting to get out of my comfort zone. In Spring 2016, I participated in a faculty-led program. The program was the highlight of my undergraduate experience that once I returned to the States, I asked my Study Abroad Advisor where I could travel next. The following summer, I joined USAC’s program in Alicante, Spain. After returning home, I decided to pursue a career in International Education. I worked for a bit as a Global Experiences Coordinator at UW-W then I decided to pursue a Master of Education at Arizona State University.

I’ve worked in a variety of offices in higher education administration including Office of Global Experiences, Student Events & Programming, Financial Aid, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Housing, and International Students & Scholars. I’ve concluded that the field of International Education is by far my favorite. My goal is to help every student have the same life-changing experiences that I had!
