University Staff Spotlight Awards taking nominations
This is a reminder that nominations for the first round of Staff Spotlight Awards are due by Dec. 1.
University staff leadership announced the launch of a Staff Spotlight Award highlighting staff members — university support staff and university professional staff — each month for their service to the K-State community. Anyone can nominate eligible employees — student employees and faculty are not eligible for award.
Please submit your monthly nominations.
Nominees will be reviewed by a university staff leadership committee of university professional staff and university support staff representatives. Winners will be featured in K-State Today and will receive $100 — minus applicable taxes — from the president's office. Staff members can win this award once in a two-year period.
Future nominations will be due by the first of each month. The first winners will be announced in January 2024. Please submit nominations for January awards by Dec. 1.
