Submit your e-reserves requests by Dec. 1

Submitted by Cailin Wycoff

Faculty members at K-State can now take advantage of the e-reserves service, which provides access to articles, images, book chapters and more through your K-State account.

The deadline to submit e-reserves requests for the spring semester is Dec. 1.

Requests for material to be added to e-reserves can be submitted by filling out the request form.

  • Before requesting an item, please search K-State's electronic journals for permalinks to articles; these can be posted to the e-reserves space and linked to Canvas.
  • If the needed material is physically owned by the library, reserves staff will scan it for addition to e-reserves. Please allow five to seven business days for processing, and note that staff can only scan material that complies with copyright law.
  • E-reserves course files expire at the end of each semester; if you wish to use the resource again, you will need to submit a new request.

To view deadlines for submitting e-reserves for each semester and learn more, please visit the e-reserves libguide. Have questions? Please contact the course reserves coordinator.
