Mental health webinar registration is open

Submitted by HCS-Benefits

Employees who participate in State Employee Health Plan benefits have several resources available to help support and maintain their mental health, including the upcoming webinar "Stress, Anxiety and Post-pandemic Mental Health Adjustments." The webinar will be from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, May 26. Registration is available online.

Rebecca Perry of Marathon Health will discuss the many ways we were given the gift of time over the past year and how we can move forward setting priorities to help keep that time to ourselves. This includes allowing ourselves to move at a slower pace, make fewer commitments and appreciate being in the moment.

People who cannot attend the webinar may still register for the session and will receive a link to the recording by email. All who attend or view the entire session within seven days of the original broadcast will receive one HealthQuest reward credit.

If you need an accommodation, please contact SEHPHealthQuest@ks.gov at least two business days before the webinar. If you have any questions about your benefits, please reach out to your benefits team at benefits@k-state.edu.
