Noontime yoga offers friendly, noncompetitive outlet for K-Staters

Submitted by Sue Brown

Noontime yoga is sponsored by the K-State Center for Nonviolence. This free program provides an outlet for students, staff, faculty and community members to practice yoga together in a friendly, noncompetitive environment.

Join us from 12:05-12:50 p.m. Monday through Friday in 301 Ahearn Field House. Please bring a mat if you have one; a few loaner mats for first-timers are available. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

Sign up for our listserv and receive information about cancellations or visit the website for more information and upcoming events.

Our schedule of volunteer yoga instructors will change monthly. In September, Sue Brown will lead on Mondays, Lis Pankl on Tuesdays, Alana Pfeifer on Wednesdays, Jessica Munoz on Thursdays and Dan Swenson on Fridays.

If you have any questions, please email Sue Brown at sjbrown@k-state.edu or Dan Swensonat swenson@k-state.edu.
