Creative drama: Empower body positivity
Join in the fun and see how creative drama can help empower your body image. Explore self-concept, how to handle stress through drama techniques, and practice positive ways to find connection and support from others.
The group will meet from 6-7:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26; March 5 and March 12, in Room 117 at West Memorial Stadium, next to the K-State Student Union. Entry doors are located on the Denison Avenue side of the stadium. Parking is available in the student lot west of the Natatorium.
This group was created to assist females who are struggling with eating and body image. If there is sufficient interest, a mixed group will be offered at a later date.
Note: Feb 26 is the initial session. Attendance at all three session dates is encouraged to gain the full benefit of the experience.
