'Benefit' Your Team session offered Feb. 9
"Benefit" Your Team, WTD176, will be offered from 10:15-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, in the Edwards Hall commons area.
A supervisor is often the first person an employee contacts when he/she needs time off or has an issue that the K-State benefits department can assist with. Therefore, it is vital that supervisors have a clear understanding of benefit programs to support their team and enable team members to be productive and fully supported in their roles.
Participants will, as a result of this session:
- Become familiar with K-State's Policy and Procedure manual in regards to leave programs.
- Identify benefits that may help to support your team and the appropriate situations those benefits can be applied.
This course is offered in conjunction with the Introduction to Supervision, WTD077, series therefore seating is limited.
To register for this session, you can either sign up through HRIS self-service or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending an email, please include your name, employee ID and the course title.
