Attend this year's Institute for Student Learning Assessment/Diversity Summit Nov. 12-13 in the K-State Student Union Ballroom to explore teaching and assessment practices that promote diversity learning and advance inclusive excellence.

This year's keynote speaker is Alma Clayton-Pedersen, Association of American Colleges and Universities senior scholar and CEO of Emeritus Consulting Group. Clayton-Pederson will discuss how to integrate diversity learning into high impact practices such as service learning and capstone courses.

Register by Nov. 1. Registration without meals is free for K-State faculty and staff.  Preregistration is encouraged even if you can only make it to one or two sessions. See the conference home page for more information.

The summit is sponsored by K-State's Office of Assessment, Office of Diversity, Teaching & Learning Center, and the Dow Center for Multicultural and Community Studies at K-State Libraries.
