About the Commercialization Leadership Council

Mission

The Commercialization Leadership Council (CLC) will facilitate commercialization activities involving university intellectual property, university infrastructure, university personnel, and/or other university resources. Inherent in its mission is providing leadership to enhance communication, coordination and leveraging of university, community, and other external assets and establishing university procedures whereby appropriate affiliated not-for-profit and for-profit entitites which provide a return on investment to the university may be created.
