NEW KAD TEAMS CAN COMPETE WITH INCENTIVES
Schools competing in Academic Decathlon for the first time may receive the “500.00 starter kit” of curriculum issued through the United States Academic Decathlon FREE if they participate this school year. The “kit” includes necessary curriculum material, at no cost, excluding the novels.
The state competition fee for KAD competition in Manhattan Kansas will also be waived for first time teams who have not participated in the past 10 years brining students to the 2-day event on the KSU campus.
