Responding to Emergency or Crisis Situations involving Students
There may be times when you feel urgent action is needed or you need assistance with a student problem. It is important to respond quickly in a sensitive and caring manner in times of unexpected student or family crisis. The Office of Student Life coordinates the University response in situations involving death, serious injury, or sudden illness of students and provides assistance to students in times of crisis.
For after-hour emergencies, please contact the KSU Police Department at 532-6400 or 911.
The following priority call list has been developed to ensure a timely university response. As soon as you learn of a crisis situation, please be sure that one of the following people is contacted as soon as possible. Start at the top of the list.
