When will diplomas for Fall/Spring graduation be mailed?

Approximately six to eight weeks after degrees have posted.

What do I do if I have a hold on my account and will be graduating?

All financial/academic holds must be cleared before a diploma can be mailed. Check your student center in iSIS for hold and departmental contact information, located in the drop down box on the right hand side under “Holds” (How-to). You have 90 days after graduation to clear your hold without the mailing of your diploma being delayed. After that time you will need to notify our office when your hold is removed to have your diploma released. All diplomas that have not been distributed two years after graduation will be destroyed and the student will need to order a replacement diploma.
