Fill out the replacement diploma form and deliver it to the Registrar’s Office in person, by mail, or by fax. Replacement diplomas are ordered the first Monday of each month. Payment for replacement diplomas are processed when the order form is received. Normal processing time from the diploma printer once an order has been placed, is usually six to eight weeks.

Please note that a replacement diploma will not be processed for any student who is delinquent to the university.

All financial/academic holds must be cleared before a diploma can be mailed. Check your student center in iSIS for hold and departmental contact information, located in the drop down box on the right hand side under “Holds” (How-to). You have 90 days after graduation to clear your hold without the mailing of your diploma being delayed. After that time you will need to notify our office when your hold is removed to have your diploma released. All diplomas that have not been distributed two years after graduation will be destroyed and the student will need to order a replacement diploma.
Bachelor’s degree candidates who have completed a minimum of 60 hours in residence, with at least 50 hours in graded courses, are considered for graduation with scholastic honors as follows:
Students with a Doctor of veterinary medicine degree candidates are eligible to receive these honors based on courses completed in the professional program.
The graduation application is available for all students in the iSIS Student Center. (How-to). Students need to apply for all majors, minors and/or secondary majors they plan to graduate with.

Tickets are required for the main floor seating at the ceremonies held at McCain Auditorium. All of the seats in the balcony will be open seating and do not require a ticket. For ticket information please contact the following offices:
