Individuals who repeatedly park in client or reserved stalls without a valid permit, allow meters to expire, or fail to pay garage fees will be subject to escalating fines. Paying the same fine for each violation will no longer be permitted. Repeat offenses will result in progressively higher penalties.
Fines for unauthorized use of client or reserved stalls will begin at $55 and may increase to $220 if unpaid. Likewise, fines for expired meters or unpaid garage fees will start at $20 and can escalate to a maximum of $160 if not paid.

The Manhattan campus has upgraded its parking meters to accept cashless payments, allowing users to pay with credit and debit cards. This modernization eliminates the need for coins and offers digital payment options, including tap-to-pay functionality.
Parking Permits
Students, faculty and staff can order a permit in the Parking Portal. Please be sure to have your vehicle make, model and license plate number ready when ordering. Students must be enrolled and have their housing arrangements before they order a permit. A confirmation email is sent after the online process is completed.
