Military Affiliated Resource Center (M.A.R.C.)

The M.A.R.C. began in 2011 to provide military affiliated students a space to connect for resources and support throughout their K-State journey. In 2023, K-State began to implement the strategies developed for a Center of Excellence for Veteran Student Success to form a “suite of services” for our Veteran and Military Affiliated population.

  • Knowledgeable staff and student work studies to answer questions and direct to resources.
  • Computers with free printing – 15 page limit daily.
  • Fireplace lounge & study space.

Academic Success

The Academic and Career Engagement Coordinator, Logan Dos Santos, is available to provide guidance and connect you to resources across campus to support your academic success at K-State. This includes academic strategies, career planning, graduate studies, and bridging the gap between military services and civilian transition.

K-State Mission in Action Recovery and Identification Project

The Kansas State University Missing in Action Recovery and Identification Project (K-State MIA RIP) honors the sacrifice of brave Americans who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. Our primary mission is to recover missing US military personnel from past global conflicts. Additionally, we educate students and communities year-round on the importance of past national service and help bring closure to families of the missing.

Veteran and Military Affiliated Services Counselor

The Veteran & Military Affiliated Services Counselor, Arianna Williams, LCPC, can provide support in a variety of areas including transitions to college, academic distress, communication issues, and coping with mental health challenges.
