Trademark licensing exists to protect and promote the names, marks, logos of Kansas State University, and is administered as part of the business office, K-State Athletics, Inc. K-State has contracted with the firm Licensing Resource Group (LRG) to help in the adminstration, protection and marketing of our program.

How to Start the Licensing Process
To start the licensing process please complete the application and submit to LRG. Product samples are required to be sent with your application. K-State is a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), we want to ensure our products are being made where worker's rights are protected and in safe conditions.
