Request Space

The purpose of the Leadership Studies Building is to serve as a classroom and educational facility. Although hosting meetings and events is allowed in the building, the primary use is a classroom facility.

Please view our general building policies (PDF) for more information. To reserve a space after 5 p.m., a Staley School of Leadership faculty representative must be present at your event.

The chart below describes what rooms are available to request a reservation. To identify the location of each room please view our floor plans (PDF).

To reserve a space, complete this request form. A staff member will confirm your reservation status via email.

Summer 2024 updates

During summer 2024, spaces in our building for reservation will be somewhat limited. We are busy refreshing some of our classrooms and have several internal programs taking place in the building. We are continuing to take requests for reservations, but during this time, we highly recommend you have a secondary location in mind for your event should we be unable to accommodate your request.

Food and catering policy

Per University policy, all events that will have food of any kind must email a food preparation plan to the campus sanitarian, Dr. Ron Bridges, ronbrid@ksu.edu. Dr. Bridges will approve or deny your request for food in our building. Before we can reserve your room we will need you to forward his approval.

A food preparation plan must include:

• The menu
• Who is preparing the food
• How the food will be prepared
• Where it will be prepared
• Where it will be served and by whom
• How it will be cleaned up
• The time frame within which this will occur
