Network and Telecommunications Services provides telephone and voicemail services to faculty, staff, and students at Kansas State University.

New requests

Requests may include moving a line, adding voicemail, disconnecting a line, and making changes to your bill.

Notice: Effective immediately NTS will accept NO new landline telephone requests for service in the residence halls or Jardine. Billing for service for those who subscribe will end on July 1, 2017. Service will continue until the apartment/ room is vacated or until a request is received to discontinue service.

Report a problem

To report problems with administrative phones or services, call 785-532-7111. Residence hall students should report phone problems to their hall staff or building maintenance personnel. Do not report a problem online or email NTS.
