Service Catalog allows users to submit and monitor an online request for an IT-related service. Currently, Telecom Work Orders is the only service available in the Service Catalog.
Access to the Telecom Work Order requests is restricted to authorized representatives of university departments. Written permission from the department head or authorized representative is required to add or remove users. Requests must include the users name and eID. Access to the system may be coordinated by emailing Network and Telecommunications Services at email@example.com or by calling 532-7000. To help you get started, go through the online training.

Telecom Work Orders are submitted through Service-Now. After a work order is submitted, authorized representatives will receive an email indicating the work order has been received. The ITS Business Office will verify the order for accuracy. If any additional information is needed, the ITS Business Office will contact the requestor for needed information. Once the order is completed, authorized representatives will receive an email indicating the order has been completed. The following are the types of Telecom Work Orders that can be submitted:
Once an order is submitted, it is added to a watch list that allows authorized representatives to track the status of the order. Watched requests can be accessed under Self-Service.
