Uninstalling Symantec Antivirus
In order to install the Trend Micro Security for Mac (TMSM) you will first need to remove your current anti-virus. To do this, you will need to run the RemoveSymantecMacFiles file from your Mac. Below you will find detailed instructions (from Symantec) explaining how to remove the software.
If you are running an Antivirus other than Symantec's please consult the vendor's website for instructions on removing that software.
