Trend Micro Security for Mac OS X
Install antivirus in 3 easy steps!
- Before you can install Trend Micro AV you will need to remove your current
antivirus software.
- Next you will need to download the appropriate file below:
(if you primarily use the computer off-campus, use the "Other Users" link) - Residence Hall Students
- K-State Faculty and Staff
- Other Users
- Finally, locate where you saved the file and double-click it.
After the brief install process, you'll be ready to go!
Note: Dial-in users should allow 5+ hours to completely install OfficeScan.
Update Trend Micro OfficeScan
- Click the OfficeScan icon located in upper right hand corner of screen.
- Select Update Now.
- A Trend Micro Window will appear. When the update is finished, click ok.
If you need additional help
- Click the OfficeScan icon located in upper right hand corner of screen.
- Select "Open Trend Micro Security...".
- On the upper left portion of the screen select "Help".
- From this drop down you can either type out a search term or select "Trend Micro Security Help".
Leaving K-State?
