The Information Technology Assistance Center (iTAC) provides centralized information technology support to the students, faculty, and staff of Kansas State University. Services include:
Computer repair
Provides repair service for university and personally owned computers and printers. Is a provider of warranty service for Dell and Apple computers. more>>

Provides varying levels of desktop support services for administrative departments around campus, as well as serving as a backup for some departments that have their own IT staff.
Electronic Theses, Dissertations, and Reports assistance

Equipment checkout
Equipment checkout offers digital still cameras, digital video camcorders, tripods, projectors, laptops, audio recorders, and other audio visual equipment to faculty, students, and staff at no charge. more>>
Instructional Design
Instructional Designers are available to assist faculty in developing engaging and high quality learning environments for both on and off campus use. more>>
IT Help Desk
The first point of contact for campus information technology needs, including test-scoring scanner (Scantron) support. more>>
Media Development Center (MDC)
High-end computer lab for video editing, producing CDs/DVDs, scanning and editing images, creating PowerPoint presentations, developing web pages, creating audio recordings and more. more>>
Security administration
Coordination of security for central administrative K-State systems, liaising with administrative offices and departments to ensure access is approved and accurately maintained. Some of the systems include: iSIS, PeopleSoft, FIS, MVS/DC, SIS, and STARS.
Technology classrooms/University computing labs
Supports and maintains all centrally funded University Technology Classrooms, Computing Labs and K-State InfoCommons.
Technology training and instructional support
Provides consulting, management and support of communications/training efforts for enterprise-wide systems including K-State Online, iSIS, Emergency Messaging System, antivirus, and more. Instructional designers for mediated education are available to assist faculty in developing engaging and high quality learning environments for on and off campus use. more>>
