About CBIZ
Kansas State University has entered into an agreement with CBIZ to provide consultation for the Re-Discover Total Rewards initiative. CBIZ, delivers financial and employee business services to organizations of all sizes. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, CBIZ has expertise in employee compensation. CBIZ has provided consulting services to the University of Kansas, University of Kansas Medical School and is currently consulting with Emporia State and Fort Hays State universities.
When it is necessary to work with consultants, HR seeks to engage vendors that are philanthropic and demonstrably show evidence of their value for diversity with inclusion. To that regard, CBIZ through the National Food Drive, has donated more than 3 million pounds of food since 2009. CBIZ also leads a program, titled Women’s Advantage, which provides mentoring and leadership programs for women in their organization. We applaud CBIZ for these initiatives and encourage them to continue expanding such initiatives.
