Final examinations must be given on the Manhattan campus and all members of the examining committee are expected to be present throughout the entire examination. In the event that a member of the supervisory committee cannot participate in person, permission MUST be obtained for a member of the supervisory committee to participate via teleconference or other technology that allows face-to-face interaction. To obtain permission the "Video/Teleconference Request Form" must be completed at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled final examination."
