Check Out Rules

To check out a book from our library, all you need is your K-State I.D.! You can check out one book at a time for up to one month's time. If you lose or damage a book, you will need to pay $20 to replace it.

Popular Titles Include

The Hobbit
The Help
Harry Potter
Where the Sidewalk Ends
How to Eat Fried Worms
Safe Haven
Hunger Games

Audio Books

At the Commons, we have a nice set of Footprint audio books that range in reading levels and topics. These books are great for those wanting to work on not only their reading but also their pronunciation and listening skills.

How they work

You choose a level that you feel will fit your reading capabilities. Each book comes with a CD that you can play in the computers we provide at the Commons. The CD will read the book to you as you follow along. Or, for more advanced readers, the CD can be a tool for double checking the pronunciation of certain words.
